As Associate Consultant at ADAPTOVATE, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and executing strategic initiatives or our diverse clients. This position emphasizes collaboration and innovation.
What will you be doing?
- Strategic Analysis & Advisory: Support market, industry, and organizational analysis to identify opportunities, risks, and areas for improvement. Contribute to data-driven recommendations that align with client objectives and long-term strategy
- Business Process Improvement: Assist in diagnosing inefficiencies in business operations and help design streamlined processes. Contribute ideas that improve productivity, reduce costs, and enhance customer experience
- Transformation: Support organizational transformation initiatives by preparing materials, helping facilitate stakeholder discussions, and coordinating activities. Ensure smooth adoption of new practices and technologies
- Project Delivery: Contribute to the planning, monitoring, and delivery of transformation projects. Track milestones, prepare documentation, and support timely, quality delivery of outcomes
- Stakeholder Engagement: Help build strong relationships with client stakeholders by preparing communication materials and supporting meetings and workshops. Collaborate effectively with team leaders and partners to ensure alignment and sustainable impact
- AI-Driven Business Solutions: Advise clients on the integration of AI into business strategies. Identify opportunities where AI can enhance decision-making, optimize operations, and drive innovation. Support implementation by assessing risks, managing ethical considerations, and ensuring AI adoption aligns with organizational goals
What ADAPTOVATE is looking for?
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree
- 3+ years of experience in consulting or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to structure complex challenges and deliver clear recommendations
- Proven experience in process improvement, operating model design, or digital transformation
- Excellent project and program management capabilities, with a track record of delivering outcomes in complex environments
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to present insights clearly to senior executives.
- Experience in facilitating training sessions and workshops
- Proficiency in client presentation development
- Awareness of artificial intelligence, machine learning, and automation trends, with a practical understanding of how they impact industries and business models.
- Experience in assessing opportunities for AI adoption (e.g., operational efficiency, decision-making, customer experience).
- Ability to translate technical AI concepts into business implications and guide clients on adoption strategies.
- Flexibility and willingness to work in diverse environments and travel as needed
